Luxembourg is home to nationals from over 175 countries and it is interesting to note that certain nationalities prefer certain regions (communes, in the present context). Below we show the preferred communes by nationality by looking at the percentage of residents of a particular nationality in a commune, which shows the ‘relative preference’ across all the 102 Luxembourg communes.
Here we show the data for 42 nationalities which had atleast 1,000 Luxembourg residents as of 01.01.2020. The nationalities can be selected from the dropdown menu below
