Here we show the registered unemployment across the Luxembourg communes as of 30.06.2021. The total unemployment was 16,402 (female: 8,505, male: 7,897) and the average unemployment was 2.59 jobseekers for every 100 adult residents of age 18y or older (female: 2.67% and male: 2.51%).
Unemployment percentages were marginally higher in the north and south-west communes compared to rest of the country, and especially in the three communes, Differdange, Esch-Sur-Alzette and Wiltz, with over 5 jobseekers for every 100 adult residents!
